La Estancia Guest-house is glad to welcome you, who wish homely and personalized hospitality and offers a delicious breakfast to start the day ( for an additional price). This place is owned by a couple of artists. It has eight fully independent rooms and one more inside the owners´ house. They are simple but comfortable, clean and cosy. With a colonial style in its exterior, and warm and colourful interior, reflects the soul of the place in which all photographs and paintings are the artists´ production. The breakfast is an additional service for those who want it. La Estancia is specialized in receiving family and friends groups or happy couples who want to enjoy all these details. There are different rates according to the high- medium or low season. Estancia EL OLIVO B&B, VIP GUEST. To be VIP guests of the Estancia El Olivo B&B, there is a special record form to fill with your data, you or one of your referred persons must come at least once a month, and includes breakfast; valid only in Medium season, for VIP GUESTS.

BACKGROUND..."Estancia EL OLIVO" since 1989. In the mid 90´s joined to the service the concept of Bed & Breakfast, as a result of a pleasant experience that owner´s wife lived in England, whom the hospitality and personalized attention with a delicious breakfast at one british B&B captivated especially for its connection between quality-price. From 2003 to 2007 it was transitory home of Colombians or foreign that were situated for long periódos. In 2008 some improvements of outsides are done and the rooms are adapted again and is what is offered at present. |

Beside the artists-owners´ house there is a hall of rooms which frame a patio where the main characters are the Olive trees: of subtle beauty, with green-silver leaves, this kind of tree came to Villa de Leyva 400 years ago. These in particular have a special meaning because each one was sewed on the date of birth of each one of the family members. There are eight rooms and one special Cabaña- Granate Suite. Total capacity 24 persons in 15 bed rooms. |

HOW TO BOOK For booking, please call in advance in order to verify the room you want is available. After that it is required to make a bank consignation of 50% of the total if it is for more than two nights. If it is just for a night the consignation must be for the total. You must e-mail the consignation data or the attachment file with the scanned bank consignation to the following address: estanciaelolivo@hotmail.com .
